Long standing aches and pains may be just 2 or 3 sessions away from total relief.    Even if you have had a nagging pain from a bump or fall that happened way back in high school or college, this can often be relieved in just 2 or 3 sessions.    My 3-session package is designed just for this kind of pain.

On the other hand, chronic issues may demand weekly sessions to manage your pain, and to keep it to a minimum.  If you are under the care of a physician, upon your request I will work under his/her direction, staying in close contact to compare notes on your progress.

Packages require a commitment of both time and money to your own health and recovery.

3-Session package for a specific hurt:  
When you have told your doctor about the pain, and he/she cannot find anything physically wrong, that's what this package is designed for.  Perhaps you were given muscle relaxants or mild pain relievers.  Your shoulder or neck or hip hurts, but the doctor finds nothing wrong...you may be just three sessions away from long lasting relief.


Three-Month Packages:
Three months is long enough to change habits, accomplish important goals, and get rid of pain!  Depending on your circumstances, you may wish to commit to a three month program:       

• One session every week
• One session every two weeks
